Learn the sweet science of boxing at Systems Training Center. Boxing is a dynamic sport and skill because there are so many elements involved: technique, speed, precision, power, footwork, and head movement; not to mention it’s the best workout! Professional boxers are known for their incredible strength and coordination.
In our classes, we're going to teach you the skills, combos, and drills used by the best boxers in the world. Every class is broken down in a manner where everyone learns something new. So whether you’ve been boxing for years or yours a total beginner, each boxing class at Systems Training Center will leave you with a new piece of knowledge and skill.
All classes will include a variety of bag work, shadow boxing, footwork, and partner drills. Students will also go through a variety of core, cardio, and strength exercises. Each class is designed to teach professional-level boxing and self-defense skills broken down in digestible ways making it fun and easy to learn. You will gain strength, hand-eye coordination, endurance, and confidence in a full-body workout.
