Sheridan is a BJJ Purple Belt, active BJJ competitor and amateur MMA Fighter. With almost 10 years of martial arts experience, she manages the kids program and helps lead our BJJ kids competition team. Sheridan is passionate about promoting holistic health and wellness by sharing her knowledge of martial arts, self defense, and fitness to help others become the best version of themselves.
