After the consultation, one of our coaches will determine a reasonable amount of weight to lose in the given time of the program. This is a collaborative process so your intended goal will definitely be considered but we are focused on sustainable and healthy weight loss. Losing 70lbs in 12 weeks is not realistic or safe. Given your age, weight, activity level, and general health you will be prescribed a goal. If you follow the program and do not get the results in the time of the program, we will coach you for FREE until you do!
