Coach Sandy is a mother of two who knows all too well how important staying in shape and healthy is in life. She’s trained in level 3 Krav Maga, a brown belt in Taekwondo, a certified personal trainer, and has led multiple Fitness classes for all types of people, male and female for several (2) years now.
She is very passionate about her work in training each of her clients and students. And to provide the knowledge to reach their different fitness goals. Weather its strength, agility, stamina, endurance, or overall health and fitness goals.
