Kick Start Your Training With Muay Thai Kickboxing In Hawthorne!

Systems Training Center’s kickboxing program will teach you how to seamlessly stream together punches, kicks, knees, and elbows into powerful combinations. You won’t just be fighting from distance, our instructors are also experienced in teaching the clinch game to setup trips and throws to off balance your opponent.

These classes cover every technique from the very basics, such as jabs and round kicks, all the way to the advanced devastating attacks you have seen applied in MMA today: flying knees, spinning elbows and wheel kicks. Most importantly, these techniques have all been used and perfected by our instructors in their own professional fights to ensure the best possible self-defense.

Class overview:

A typical Systems Training Center Kickboxing class includes warm up, technique drills, bag or pad work, and ends with sparring.

Equipment:

14oz or 16oz boxing gloves, hand wraps, and mouth guards are required for this class. Headgear is recommended for sparring.

Restrictions:

Systems Training Center Kickboxing is available to students ages 16 and up.
